You can configure the behavior of email campaigns and designate the email address that the replied-to emails should be sent to.
Specify the Reply to, Cc and Bcc email addresses while setting up a campaign
You determine the desired email address in the Content step:
- Scroll the Content page down to find the Sender section
- Determine a reply email address in the Reply to section
Here you have two options:

- Enter email option
You can enter the desired email address in the blank section -
Select from listbox option
This section is linked to the Staff icon in your Dashboard. You can choose one of your staff’s email addresses from the dropdown.
- Enter email option
In the Sender section, you can specify the Cc and Bcc email addresses in the same way as the Reply to email address.
Note: If you want your user to send replies to your campaigns, enter a valid email address in the Reply to field.
Specify the Reply to, Cc and Bcc email addresses in the setting
- Go to Jumbula Dashboard > Campaign > Setting
- Enter the desired email address in the Reply to section
Here you can also enter Cc or Bcc email addresses if needed. - Click Save
Once you designated email addresses as the reply to, Cc and Bcc email addresses in the setting, corresponding sections in the campaign setup wizard will be filled automatically.
