Our waitlist feature will allow you to move a registration from a waitlist directly to a program or perform other related actions.
Follow the instructions below
- Go to Jumbula dashboard > Seasons
- Select the desired season
- Go to Programs and orders > Find the desired program
- Hover over … in the Actions column
- Select the Waitlist from the dropdown
The following tutorial video covers a variety of different options available to manage your waitlists.
Note 1: There is no automatic system right now to send emails to users when a spot becomes available or automatically move a waitlist order to a program. As an admin, you must manually manage the waitlist.
Note 2: As we are continuously working on new features and enhancing the Jumbula platform, we have enhanced our waitlist feature, and now when you allow the registrant to complete their registration a notification email can be sent to them.
