Google Analytics integration

Overview

Would you like to have insights on the user’s registration journey, and where your traffic is coming from, and gain a better understanding of visitors’ demographics? If so, you can now use our new Google Analytics integrated system to capture all this valuable information and more!

Getting Started

If you do not have a Google Analytics account and would like to start one click here to create one. If you have an existing account connected to another domain you can still use it in combination with your Jumbula registration pages. Click here for more information about cross-domain tracking.

Note: To Set up a Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property alongside your existing Universal Analytics property click here

How to add Google Analytics ID in the Jumbula dashboard?

  • Go to Admin Dashboard > Toolbox

  • Add your Google Analytics tracking ID (Measurement ID) to the field

  • If you wish to enable cross-domain tracking, check the Enable cross-domain tracking checkbox, and then type in any additional website addresses that you want to track.

  • Click Save

Note: Cross-domain tracking is specifically helpful if you want to track a visitor going from your website to your Jumbula registration pages. GA will treat it as the same user in reports.

Reporting Examples

Once you have added the Google Analytics tracking ID to your Jumbula account, you will be able to track and get insights on how registrants navigate from page to page within the Jumbula registration process.
