difference between scheduledÿ& confirmed status – FAQ

 

Scheduled Status:

When the number of your registrations has not reached the minimum number of your program, the Jumbula platform considers this case as Scheduled status.

Confirmed Status:

When the number of your registrations has reached the minimum number of your program, the Jumbula platform considers this case as Confirmed status

To remove the column from your Jumbula home site:

  • Go to the Admin dashboard > Settings
  • Choose Jumbula home site > Edit site

  • Find the Season Grid section
  • Click on the pencil icon

  • In the Column options section uncheck the Status box

What is the difference on my home page under status between scheduled and confirmed?  How do I make them the same, folks who sign up are asking.

Thanks for contacting Jumbula support. The differences are as follows:
When the number of your registrations has not reached the minimum number, our platform considers this case as a scheduled.
When the number of your registrations has reached the minimum number, Jumbula platform considers this case as a Confirmed.
