Authorize.Net has made updates to its “Customer Information Manager”, which may cause the integration solution with Jumbula to fail for certain transactions. With this article you can fix the “Customer Information Manager is not enabled” error.
Follow the instructions below:
- Login to your Authorize.net account.
- Click Tools > Customer Information Manager
- Scroll down the loaded page and click the Signup for Customer Information Manager (CIM) Now
- Read the agreement and then check the I have read and understand the Terms of service box.
- Click the I Agree button
