Why the chosen registration form and waiver is not being displayed to the registrants?

If you have customized your registration and waiver form but they are not showing up when participants are going through the registration process, you should:

The most likely reason that your chosen registration form is not displaying in the registration process to your participants, is the choice of multiple registration features. in order to solve this issue you need to make a series of steps.

  • Go to Jumbula Dashboard > Seasons 
  • Select the desired season > Setup > Multi-class registration

  • Click Form and waivers
  • In the Registration form section choose your desired form from the dropdown menu, and in the Waivers section choose the waivers that users have to agree to before they can complete their registration.

  • Click Save
